In this flash and ActionScript 3.0 tutorial we learn how to use and program the numeric stepper component. The numeric stepper is used to allow a user to choose a number that has an incremental value it uses to move the number up and down. This component includes a single-line field for text input and a pair of arrow buttons that can be used to step through the set of values. The Up and Down arrow buttons can also be used to view the set of values.
