External Configuration Text Files For Client Managed Apps

Learn how to create and apply external configuration files out of simple text(.txt) files. Good for allowing people that do not have Flash Authoring to edit or adjust Flash file rendering or variables easily using .txt files that anyone anywhere can adjust. We can also use other file types like .xml and .php to achieve a similar yet more dynamic configuration.
