Multiplane Parallax Easing Effects Animation

Learn to animate multiple planes(layers) using easing effects to create very engaging mouse interaction. To enable buttons in the scene you can remove the activator and use the Flash Stage to activate the panning. You can listen for mouse_over and mouse_out on the stage much the same way I am using this activator window.
